Born in England in 1990, my early life was shaped by poor decisions, the wrong environments, and a constant search for direction. I was exposed to drugs at a young age, and by my teens, I was already heading down a path that didn't align with the life I truly wanted.
At 18, I made my first real shift — leaving that lifestyle behind and stepping into fitness. Training became my anchor. It gave me discipline, structure, and a sense of control. But growth isn't always linear, and for years I found myself caught between progress and old habits — training hard while still being pulled back into environments that didn't serve me.
The Turning Point
Everything changed in my mid-20s.
Losing my best friend to mental health forced me to confront reality on a deeper level. It made me question everything — how I was living, what I stood for, and what my purpose really was. That pain became a turning point.
I went all in on self-development — bodybuilding, travel, and pushing beyond the limits of what I thought life could be. On the outside, it looked like freedom. But internally, I was still searching.
Doing the Real Work
After more loss and a period of isolation during lockdown, I hit another breaking point. That's when I stopped running and started doing the real work — diving into breathwork, meditation, and mastering my mindset. That's where true transformation began.
I rebuilt my life from the ground up.
Bought my first home.
Walked away from my engineering career.
Built my own business.
Surrounded myself with people who pushed me to grow.
The Biggest Risk
Then I took the biggest risk of my life — leaving it all behind to move to Australia on a one-way ticket. No safety net. No guarantees. Just belief.
The first few months tested me. I felt lost, fell back into the wrong circles, and questioned my direction again. But that changed when I found a community of driven, like-minded entrepreneurs — people who held higher standards, supported growth, and demanded more from life.

With over 18 years of training experience, qualifications in personal training, a diploma in sports nutrition, and extensive mindset and goal coaching education — I combine physical transformation with mental discipline to create real, lasting change.
