Building Your Structure

Design your ideal week. Every important area of your life gets dedicated time — nothing is left to chance.

Habit System

Identify your four non-negotiable daily habits and build a tracking system that creates unbreakable consistency.

Week 5
Physical Discipline

Use physical training as the training ground for mental resilience. Commit to showing up even when you don't feel like it.

Discipline
Weeks 6–8

This is where most people quit. Phase 3 goes deep into the mental game — identifying your quit points, rewiring limiting beliefs, and building the emotional resilience to keep going when it gets hard.

Mental Discipline

Identify exactly where your discipline breaks down and build a specific strategy to overcome each quit point.

Limiting Beliefs

Identity Shift

Weeks 9–12

The final phase is about locking in everything you've built and creating a system that outlasts the 12 weeks. You'll refine your accountability, build your long-term vision, and design a life that keeps compounding.
