Define your three core goals with precision. Not vague wishes — specific, measurable commitments with a clear 12-month vision.
Discipline without structure is just willpower — and willpower runs out. Phase 2 builds the systems, schedules, and habits that make your goals inevitable rather than aspirational.
Design your ideal week. Every important area of your life gets dedicated time — nothing is left to chance.
Identify your four non-negotiable daily habits and build a tracking system that creates unbreakable consistency.
Use physical training as the training ground for mental resilience. Commit to showing up even when you don't feel like it.
This is where most people quit. Phase 3 goes deep into the mental game — identifying your quit points, rewiring limiting beliefs, and building the emotional resilience to keep going when it gets hard.
